Stadia back to full capacities

Stadia back to full capacities

Postby redrobo » Mon Jul 05, 2021 4:43 pm

Boris has just announced that sports stadiums and events across England will be able to operate full capacity from July 19 after the government set out the next stage in the easing of coronavirus restrictions.

The wearing of face masks will no longer be mandatory although the guidance suggests people might choose to do so in enclosed and crowded places.

Full stadiums will be permitted for the start of the football season in August....

No mention of whether away fans will be permitted but with the lifting of restrictions it seems highly likely that away fans will be permitted into stadiums.
