its really angered me watching the footage over the past week, what a complete waste of time and more importantly life and family's its effected, and its cost us billions.

most of us said at the time and not in hindsight when going into Afghanistan that as soon as we pulled out that the Taliban would just take it straight back.

when will we ever learn, jumping head first into wars trying to change regimes.

Everytime the world struggles, financial recession, global pandemic or extremist regimes we use the excuse of war to deflect. We will be dropping bombs and air striking within 48 hours I'd say. It's more of a case of who will make this one their decision - us or the Americans. Ben Wallace broke down in tears today and appeared very genuine - was one hell of a message from the defence secretary and more of a 'brace yourself were going again' type of communication.

What did we achieve in all them years? Simply a drive to strengthen a terrorist group larger than ever and increased hatred for the west alongside a whole lot of nothing! Leave it for the Americans - Biden needs at least a war, a figure head killing or ring leader death to be a proper president.

Have you seen 'Charlie Wilson's War'? The true story of the US arming the Mujahideen in order to defeat the Soviets after their invasion of Afghanistan in the 1980's. Excellent film if you haven't seen it.

After spending a billion dollars a year, covertly arming the Mujahideen, Wilson tried to get a million dollars for rebuilding schools and infrastructure. This was denied.

As Wilson said; "They were glorious and they changed the world... and then we f***ed up the end game".

Every-bloody-time. :( :( :(

Where's that English bloke who promised to stand "shoulder to shoulder" with the Americans over Afghanistan?

He normally likes to poke his nose in.

Tony Blair, the World needs you.
