Heavy defeat at home and AGAIN CMG does not get a sniff. 9 minutes for his new club in the Championship, they look overflowing with attackers. All for bedding players in but he's a spark when chasing the game at home. Hope he gets in the team more as the season moves forward.

Could be not impressing enough in training to warrant game time.
I know we could do with him.......

Difficult to know if he doesn't quite the formation, for example. Luton took off Cornick and brought on Jerome (to no avail) and both of those have more experience I believe. Still, if you're not getting a look-in coming off the bench during an ass-kicking like that I think you'd be wondering a little. Wouldn't be a total surprise to see him loaned out, but then again it's *very* early in the season so you'd think his chance should come.

Here's hoping we would be front of the queue for a loan spell!

0-0 yesterday, at home and still warmed the bench for the full 90.
Frustration must be kicking in. Really annoys me when clubs do this. Really does.

Luton probably decided to snap him up while they could. It certainly seemed there were other clubs interested. He'll get his chance soon or be sent out on loan.

Carlos had an assist tonight in their last gasp draw in Bristol, was only on the pitch 16 minutes, hope that kick starts his season

I think CMG would walk into the team if he returned. Puzzled who would keep him out!

McDonald....plenty of fancy footwork but very little end product....at the moment but I'm hopeful he will get better with his delivery into the box. However was exactly the same at Walsall...
Class always wins over the norm.....

well i'm puzzled, are your saying the signings of McPake, Gnahoua, McDonald are all shit? we're not playing L1 sides now.

No I am not criticising the players you name Andy. Gnahoua has shown a big improvement against Wimbledon but I still feel CMG would get in the side. His trickery on the ball and his ability to do the unexpected will take him higher up the league ladder.
