I thought something like this could happen around the end of 2021....as they expected a huge upturn in performances and results but games v Barrow and Salford have suggested different and a few of the natives are getting restless.

DA deserves their support but his tactics with us haven't to date worked at Bradford.

:( :( :(

.....and also at Charlton...

Bradford City fans are in a permanent state of discontent, it's nothing new.

Bradford are one of footballs great enigmas. Despite the size of the city and their comparatively massive crowds they have historically and perennially underperformed in the lower football leagues. They had their moment in the sun a few years ago and as a result their fans expectations have been raised and many still think they should be Championship level at least. Anything less and they are not happy bunnies.

Good luck DA, you will probably need it.

Bang on. Two seasons in the Premier League twenty years ago has raised expectation for the fans, and turning the ground from what was a small lower division ground into the superb stadium it now is was a great thing to do. However, they have spent over 50 seasons since the second word war in the bottom two divisions.

Bradford lost 0-3 at home to Manchester United Academy and Yann Songo’o scored an own goal for their opener.
