The club have been informed by Burton that unless the club sell over 200 Tickets by close of play on Tuesday then away fans will not be able to use the away terrace and will be put into the away seating areas.

See the OWS for details. Link below.

I was wrong … apparently we have sold over 200 tickets

Does anyone know if the terrace and the seats will be open for away fans or will we all be in the seats

Away terrace and seating tickets are still both for sale on the club website. Seeing as the Tuesday deadline has passed, I think its safe to assume that we met the requirements for both sections to be open - which is good.

If anybody is interested in attending, there is a supporter organising a coach with spaces on the Morecambe FC Fans Page on facebook. £20 per adult, £10 for U14 accompanied by an adult.

Although it is not official club transport (so they aren't advertising it currently) it is operating on that basis (no alcohol, stewarded etc.). I think the club directors are ultimately behind it financially, and hopefully it proves to be a success - at the end of the day its all about giving supporters the opportunity to support the team.

I don't mean to put a spanner in the works, but the post says 200 for the away end. So even if we do sell 250 tickets, if 200 are not for the away terrace they may still not open it.
