A 'must' listen for every fan.

Excellent content and a most welcome in sight into the thinking of the clubs strategy and 3 year plan.

Well done..... :D :D :D

We already have the shrimps trust regular podcasts, covering similar topics, do we need a similar series of interviews, ps really enjoyed it though

It's not that long ago there was hardly any communication coming out of the Club at all, i guess if it's now too much then you don't have to listen to it.

Keep it coming I say, just hope performances on the pitch improve so all these new people off the field can justify their positions

Tbf, the club and Ryan doing this is a complimentary alongside the Trust podcasts, as the Trust always discuss all on and off field activities and fans perspectives alongside staff and players. This appears to concentrate more on boardroom and staff perpectives. All good stuff.

The new general manager came across very well to me. Positive, organised, trusts his staff and has created a proper structure. He appears to be calm and pragmatic whilst having a good eye for detail and desire to constantly improve. We've gone from a tiny team of fire fighters trying to do loads of different things to a team that can hopefully focus on a specific area that lead to us maximising revenues regardless of what happens on the pitch.

It was interesting when James talked about going to away matches to get ideas from other team. I always thought there was no need come up with original ideas, just copy the best of what other clubs do.

One of the more interesting things to come out of that podcast is the fact that during the week the main stand is more or less fully occupied by businesses/groups utilising the facilities. With that comes revenue which contributes towards the sustainability objective. No club can rely solely on match day revenue and it looks as though we are doing our utmost to run the club very much on a sound business footing.

James Wakefield once again very impressive in his presentation and plans for taking the club forward.

UTS.

No pleasing some. The topics covered are of a more serious nature than those by the Trust and compliment those very well.

Of course one can choose not to listen..... ;)

A world away from the cringey Mark Dixon sat in his training gear spewing utter bollocks for 30mins we used to have to endure.

to be fair mistakes had been made by a lot of people previously at the club, best trying to move on.

Mark is still a supporter and season ticket holder now, fair play to him.

Only just got the time to sit and watch this. Excellent & well worth grabbing a brew and settling down. Great to see all the structures being put in to the correct places now.

It is a shame the club don't engage on here, not to enter debates, but to signpost and be contactable. Despite not being as busy as it once was, ShrimpsVoices is still viewed by a lot of fans (many read it, but don't engage), so it could be a good way to feed in to the official media communication.

'The Vision' has had 1,062 views as of today. If you aren't one of those but are interested in the club, go and put the kettle on! And if you want to know when the 'Berlin Wall' will be developed, just click on the link!

I said there were lots of lurkers! ;)

What I meant was, if the official media posted a 'teaser' followed by a link to a new story, as a way of driving traffic to the official site.
