Just been on their website and they have only 400 standing / seating tickets left so they must have sold quite a decent amount already
For a Tuesday night that’s a very good effort

Charlton are a 'big' club by EFL 1 standards but I would be stunned if they had sold 1,400 of an available full allocation of circa 1,800 for an evening away match on a Tuesday. The only tickets shown available on their ticket website are seating tickets of which they have 75 remaining. Assuming we sent a full allocation of 600 seats that's still a top effort for a Tuesday.
We may of course have sent an initial allocation of less than 600. Hell of a journey from South London on a Tuesday but it will be a new ground for many of them which may encourage them to bust a gut getting up here.

Ex Premier League. Amazing support and crazy we are playing them and barely talking about it. Let's hope most of season ticket holders actually show

The form that they are now in makes this game potentially game of our season to date.
Will be good to see hopefully Sam back at the stadium along with his parents.
A draw would be an excellent result.

He may be attending but unless their media guy was winding Dave Salmon up when interviewed, or something else has occurred, he didn't seem to think Sam would be playing as he mentioned that Sam was injured, although he didn't say how.

Really looking forward to this one. First ever meeting with Charlton who are yet another 'big' club languishing in EFL 1.
Interesting that we sent them just over 1,000 tickets and they have sold not far short of 700 of them. That is very impressive considering the journey from South London on a Tuesday evening. Should make for a great atmosphere.
Also noticed that Charlton have their own TV channel on stream and are showing the game live. Proper set up with an hours preview before including a panel with Alan Curbishley and match analysis afterwards. It is the usual tenner to view it so I assume it links in with the I-player footage. Would imagine it attracts a lot of views with their fan base so hopefully we benefit financially from it.
