I love some of the football songs that we sing at home / away games but yesterday and in previous weeks the song about Kane / Akinfenwa been a sex offender is totally totally out of order !!!
Please whoever is singing this song refrain from doing it in the future
Let`s stick to proper football chants rather than anything personal and offensive towards opposition players

Absolutely agree 100%.
Bizarre, irrelevant and really makes the people singing it look stupid, which, by association, is the rest of us too. It was mentioned on their forum too.
Sadly, some fans appear to be mixing up 'passion' with 'abuse'. Let's get on track lads (& lasses), keep the passion coming, but cut the crap out.

Agree 100% but I am not sure the members on here are the ones doing it. From what I saw it was a group of young uns, and as much as we can kid ourselves, this is a board for the middle-aged to bicker!

This chant brings no credit to our club. Is it possible for the club to issue a statement on this matter and put the stewards on alert to evict offenders from the ground or is this not workable?

The "have you ever seen a salad " aimed at Akinfenwa was funny though!

Not quite accurate! It should have included reference to us old geriatrics

How many 'young uns' does it take to make the sound heard at the other end of the pitch ?, quite a few I would imagine. I have already seen one post on faceblog of a so called home ender on the subject suggesting everybody to relax as it's only banter.
I do hope somebody from the club has seen this and acted.

That chant against Akenfenwa was out of order and the organiser of the chant wants to give his head a wobble
before the woke brigade stop all chanting. Seem to remember Tony Roberts singing and leading the crowd at christie park with your arse is a roundabout
.

Some can be quite witty.
Leeds v Newcastle
The Leeds fans were chanting something rude about Ant and Dec. The Newcastle fans replied with "Jimmy Savile he's one of your own".

It's nothing to do with woke...it's about being able to go to a football match and not having to hear the obnoxious chantings from a group of mndless individuals that have nothing to do with football. There is no way I'm going to bring my 7 year old granddaughter to The Mazuma for her to hear some of what I've heard over the last few home games.
The sooner we identify and get rid of these clowns, the better. They're destroying the reputation of our football club.
