On a brighter note after Saturday
After 16 home matches
66,318 fans have attended
4,144 average per game
Fantastic effort from everyone
Still got Gillingham, Ipswich, Cheltenham, Oxford, Burton, Portsmouth and Sunderland so the average should stay over 4,000 which would be amazing

Absolutely brilliant response from the town since promotion. I really hope the directors are looking into expanding the Berlin Wall and away end as we really need more capacity if we can stay up.
Might just break the record attendance again against Sunderland too.

Maybe also some dialogue with Tyson Fury regarding the land down the car wash side and also the 3g pitches. There's nothing really he can do with the land behind the stand and the 3G pitches aren't much use to him. I don't know how much Tyson paid for the land or what cheque we received from Tottenham but there may be enough to offer him his money back and restore an asset to the Morecambe Balance Sheet.

I am more than likely being pedantic, although I know Gone Shrimping won’t mind my pedantry, but you can only restore an asset to the balance sheet when it was originally on the balance sheet - the community building and the 3G pitches were not on the MFC balance sheet

Yes I realised that later. It was a company set up by PMG was it PMG Leisure Limited ? It can be added to our Balance Sheet as an asset. I prepare about 2 Balance Sheets a week so I do know
