2 1 to Boro. Son in law is going ballistic. He was at the old ground and saw us many times.

Strange that he was there at the old ground before he new and then married my daughter.

As for the game, it's when you watch that sort of a game do you realize how far we have come in a relatively short period of time. Never want to get back there but some ex EFL clubs clubs possibly bigger fan wise than us are still in non league.

After Tuesday, my head was saying we'd be fine, no way both Fleetwood AND Gillingham would win.

But then, I'd start thinking about Jimmy Glass, Carlisle's goalkeeper who scored well in to injury time, to save Carlisle from relegation.

That goal relegated Scarborough.

Well done Scarborough. Good to see an old rival having a renaissance, even if they ain't quite the Scarborough FC of old. For many years they were above us in the non league pecking order and it was always a tough place to go, the old McCain Chips Stadium.

On a side note that stand is there again down the side. It looks very similar to the composite one Stanley have installed. Every time I see it I can't help but think it would slot in very nicely on the Berlin Wall at the Mazuma. Not sure it would increase capacity though so maybe a non starter plus the land issues.
