Robbed v Newcastle, Nine Years Ago

Not that I'm still bitter... Was asked about this photo, to prove to some Newcastle fans, that we were robbed, 'cause they didn't believe it happened... ...well, it did! 0-0 at the time. Penalty & sending off (as it was back then).

It seemed to me to be behind the line anyway.
Do we have goal line tech at league one level?

No. Although there is talk of VAR coming to us soon, so presumably, it will be packaged with that?

Can't wait for that! Ref's at our level cannot get the simple things right half the time, God only knows how they will manage with VAR...

Football could learn a lot from how the NFL do things. Ref's wearing Mikes announcing to the stadium with details of what they are reviewing and why. Then best of all telling everyone what the ruling is and why. They still get it wrong sometimes but at least your not sat in the stadium wondering what the hell is going on.
