Accrington & Crewe's games have been postponed. I wonder if our game is in doubt? Temperatures are forecast to be slightly above freezing for most of today, and just below overnight. It would be a shame if it was off, as I don't think there will be a better time to play Charlton. Fingers crossed!

Bugger. I'm already in Morecambe.
Not surprised really.
Charlton fans much be delighted. By the time they re-arrange the game, they'll have a new manager and January transfer window.

Can't help with the submarine I'm afraid......but it does take me back to my first legal pint on 30 January 1972, supped in the Rosario Club at the home of Her Majesty's submarine service at HMS DOLPHIN in Gosport.

As there was going to be a collection for the food bank tomorrow, it would be neat if people could put a tin of something in their local shop's collection box instead. Last year I recall it was a good size collection of items, which will be missed now. They accept money as well, should you find yourself stuck in a submarine and far from the shops
