I've been contacted by a collector in New Zealand. He's been trying to acquire a programme and/or team sheet for the Morecambe v Everton game, without any luck.

Does anyone have one, or both items, who doesn't mind it going down under? He said he's happy to pay postage. Apparently, he's contacted the club but not received a response.
