Derek's been banging the little Old Morecambe drum since the first game of the season when he was telling us Shrews were massive and it would be hard to compete.

To be fair to Derek he has always insisted that as club we have to change the mentality of Little old Morecambe . We can't compete at league 1 level when we don't have a training ground. No excuse for that as we've been a football league side since 2007

And he has been proved right! It has been difficult to compete and still is. Surely we want him to be honest about the situation or would we rather he gave us an inflated view of how things are?

If there is any doubt about Stockton or Mellon, I'd rather we left both of them out, then start with both up front, together, on Tuesday night. It would be nice to get something against Bolton, but it will be a bonus, Cambridge is far more important.
