So what’s happened to the scoreboard?? Looked like it was being screened from a pc by webcam
Very amateurish for a league club
Couldn’t read what the captions said even with my glasses on

Brian Campbell, who developed the software for the screen, and has opporated it for years, has left his position.

I for one hope not. Brain was contcted by Rod post match to have a chat about things but not sure he was able to get past the security as they claimed that Rod hadn't informed them that he wanted to see Brian.

Brian left with his family and went to the Hurley Flyer car park but then went back to the club hopefully to see Rod.

This problem has been simmering for some time and i understand is down to a comment made by a security person that Brian quite rightly took exception to. He reported this to the BoD who at the time ignored his comments.

Let's hope that things can get back to normal ASAP as he is a valuable member of the team who has never received payment for all the years of free service to our club.

The lack of info on the scoreboard is a direct consequence of Brian not providing his excellent service with regards to the scoreboard.

.

Apparently the security from the club had been in touch with their mates at the Hurley to stop him entering.
As Rod has said, the GSO are in charge of the club while they are there to keep us all safe

Why would The Hurley stop him entering ?

Noticed yesterday that the Head of Security :?: ( he of the yellow jacket ) was no longer prowling around the players tunnel doing his usual constant looking at the seating sections particularly Premier C which has annoyed fans in that area and has resulted in a couple of fans who have supported our club for decades to walk away. Hopefully the club have got rid of him realizing the trouble he has caused by his arrogance and attitude towards all fans in the seated areas but in particular those in Block C.

Everybody realizes the need for Security but this season it's gone overboard and if this high and mighty attitude is replicated towards away fans in their seated area as well as home fans then our club will quickly lose its family friendly tag.

We got off very lightly with the Bolton Wanderers racism malarkey and pitch invasion, the security in particular around the player’s tunnel and dugouts needed a kick up the arse, we now have security staff who watch the crowd and not the football match.

Security is fine but those responsible for it at the moment particularly in areas around the dug outs and tunnels need to lighten up. Yesterday they confronted the Swindon players who wanted to go onto the pitch on arrival. One player in particular had a heated conversation with the Head of Security on the day.

Do they really need to be so aggressive..... :?: :?: :?:
