From what I've seen on highlights Smith seems to be doing OK. Has he been at fault when the goals have been scored against us?

Derek named Moore and Taylor as long term injuries. Can't see us retaining Taylor at the end of the season. He's out injured far more times than he's played.

I am sure Derek will be looking to bring another keeper in soon, its not good having an academy keeper on the bench!

i felt he could of done better against the only goal what beat us at Barrow, it was straight at him, and it spilt into the net.

but then again Smith could get better game by game, he must have something about him if he was at Leicester as a youngster.

I have my doubts about Smith BUT on the plus side he was previously in Northampton's promotion winning season and voted Goalkeeper of the year so must have something about him.

Maybe this chance of an extended period as no1 will prove me wrong.

In fairness to him he was up against 2 very good keepers of late at the Mazuma.

Smith was at fault for Barrow’s goal definitely.

Re Taylor, only a matter of weeks now. Stokes shouldn’t be more than that either.

For me Smithy should have been given a chance when Rippers was letting in to many, it might have geed him up a bit, keep getting picked. Maybe a mistake last year not playing Smith more. I know the fans liked him but he was always picked when if you think about it did he really merit it.
