I might have missed it but it would have been nice to have a farewell message from Derek to the fans who gave him massive support during his Morecambe reign. I understand he didn't have to and it doesn't mean I think any less of him but it would have been nice!

No chance of that with Derek. However I think he did appreciate the support from the fans this season and gave us a mention in his interview at Ross County
