The above have just mentioned that the club could suffer a 3 point penalty due to the non payment of the requirements of the EFL.

For a neutral it makes it as though it is the CLUB and NOT the owner who has caused the problem.

May I suggest that the Trust urgently contact the program and inform them that it is the OWNER and not our BoDs who is responsible for the problem.

This could be an ideal way in which the whole saga could be brought to the attention of the region.

Club statement says it will be defended in the New Year. It was known from last year what the club and owner had to do and I would have hoped it should have been. Funds in Sept deposited but then used!!! It says on EFL website they have not been redeposited despite requests by the EFL. Who know’s about Oct, Nov and Dec!!!
