Very informative and haven't heard so much positivity for some time..
As was said, we are not in the same boat as Reading and "Jason Wants Jason Out" , question from me is why does the Board not know how much the asking price is? Surely a ball park figure at least.
How can you help someone sell something without knowing the asking price

Charlie probably meant the offer price or at least I think so, but if the Club is once again helping with the sale why not know what’s been offered! It can only be the talks are not that far forward. Err don’t know put it on the list to ask at the forum!!
Myself I think that’s private and confidential between the buyer and the seller.

would be nice to know the asking price?
also like to know whats crowds we need to be self sufficient ? PMG once said when we first moved ground we needed to average 2300 to break even, so taking into account that was 10yrs ago inflation etc and our fan base as trebled, what crowd numbers are we talking now?

Good Question about the crowd size but as far as the asking price of the club there is no reason we need to know this is information only between buyer and seller !

I listened to my first Shrimpnet podcast this week and I thought it was very good, Charlie Appleyard on at the end talking about fan’s and discussing the chance of protests etc etc !!
I don’t know how long the pod cast has been going but on researching how many people watch it I was surprised it only hits around the 60-80 views mark on average, if the one I watched was representative of how good they are I’ve been missing out and so have you.
When you look at the views for the after game interviews on YouTube for GEDs interview after the MK Dons game it was 599 as I write.
Archie Mair interview after signing on loan 604 views on YouTube.
Charlie Brown on X interview after MK Dons game when viewed on Morecambe FC website 727.
Shrimp fans panel at the moment getting views of and around 140-80
So the interest is there for online information and it seems the ShrimpNet podcast usually has somebody on from the Club, a player and another guest as well as Freez conducting the interviews
All I can say is give it a go and maybe some thought by the Club to promote it, thou I take it is not an office Morecambe FC podcast. Charlie alluded fans giving it a go.
Up to you.

So how does a buyer find out the price? Ring the Club who apparently don't know the details?
Has the receptionist got Jasons address and phone number to make contact?
Just interested really how a sale can actually take place.
I agree us plebs don't need to know

Thanks for the plug, glad you enjoyed it, have very positive feedback from the fans who do listen/watch, some people put off by the length, as it’s usually around 55 minutes but we like to involve the guests fully rather than a quick fix.
Give it a go, you might be surprised.
