So arrived at the ground and my ticket app wasn’t working had to go to the ticket office who printed a ticket for me
But my tickets for the comedy club are on there so hope it’s sorted quickly?

So app works on my iPad fine
But not my iPhone strange
Both devices running the same updated software
oh well

Been doing that on and off all week still the same

Go and get a ticket card from the shop much more reliable. Phone apps are notorious for going wrong.
