These are great nights.

Last one I went to we booked a table for ten of us and had a brilliant time.

We had a sweep right at the start (before we'd seen any of the boxers) where we all chose 'red corner or blue corner' for each of the dozen or so bouts.

Watch it all unfold, most correct guesses wins the pot.

Thats a real shame.

Pretty crap testimonial season for him. The best we can do as fans is a Panel evening and a Race Night. Both were great and raised a bit for him, but ten years service and thats the best we can do? :(

I hope Quinny can get the match on for him and I hope we all turn up and support Wayne.

Maybe we can organise something for him during the Summer? A band and BBQ?

Who would pay a fiver for that?

Agreed, sounds like a good idea...I would certainly pay £5, Wayne has been a true servant to mfc

We are getting a new patio area at the back of the York sorted so we could get something organised over th next couple of months.

One thing though - it seems that everything has been done at the end of the season when people switch off to the footie - shame.

I still think that a game at CP, if properly advertised, could attract a lot of people.

Indeed, a game at Chrisite is being arranged for pre-season and hopefully the Morecambe football fraternity WILL turn up in force to support Wayne.
