Has anybody upgraded to the above and found it to be better than standard Google?

I ask because I've been getting conflicting views.

Tried it. Didn't like it. Sticking with Firefox.

Google is a search engine.

Google Chrome is a browser.

One can't be better than the other.

Neil you're getting confused. Google is a search engine and Google Chrome is a browser.

You're most likely using Internet Explorer as your browser. If you are then you should at least be using Version 7 (has tabs) or better still Version 8.

However the one to use is undoubtedly Firefox from Mozilla. Chrome is very good and a lot faster than any other browser but its way behind Firefox for clever stuff (not that you are likely to use much of its functionality compared to say me working in a web company). If you're just browsing any of the three will probably do.
