in the first leg of the play-offs was 4,446.
Very poor.
all our 3 home semis had crowds over 5,000.

I would rather Stevenage didn't come up as they could establish themselves in this league.
Meanwhile I can't believe Burton are even considering keeping McFarland on

McFarland's record at Burton is by no means earth shattering, but you've got to consider the circumstances under which he took the job. What Clough left was a side that he had assembled over 10 years ("Nigel Clough's Burton Albion"), in a position that meant anything other than a first place finish would have been unacceptable. A massive no win situation for Roy, as everybody expected him to win the league (which he did, in doing so recording the leagues longest ever winning streak).
I don't think he'll stay, but a look on the Brewers messageboard (I'm turning into an anorak like Marky) shows that some supporters seem to have some ambitious targets in mind:
Mark Robins
Eddie Howe
Steve Cotterill
Stuart Pearce
Paul Ince
Robbie Savage
Joe Royle
Steve Coppell
Gary McCallister
Paul Jewell
Aidy Boothroyd
And many more......must be something in the beer!

Remember the Daggers only getting 3600(ish) for the first leg against us. Don't want them up in the league though. Torquay would be a good weekender
or Histon?

Torquays crowd was even less tonight only 3700 - dont think histon will have taken many possibly couple of hundred
