I will predict 2749. Last season we averaged just over 2800 in the league, this season i think we will struggle to better that. There will be less away support this season, taking into account that alot of visiting supporters travelled to Christie last season because it was a 'new' ground to visit, also with massive hikes in fuel costs, travelling fans will be more selective this year.

I'll say 3000 ish
I do think we'll still get plenty of travelling support though, don't forget that there are 6 different teams in the league and as we are the friendliest club in the land, if fans are being selective, the great atmosphere at Christie should pull them in.

i would guess that the weather might be a factor and i think i saw that the weather was going to be awful, which might knock a couple of hundred off the gate.

i will go for 2,600, but hopefully it will be more than that!

we have a guess the crowd in the press box each home match so wont guess exactly what it is but
the rotherham away crowd should be good tomorrow and id expect us to better the first game last year

Well last seasons corresponding fixture Vs Rotherham [29/3/08] was the 3rd lowest home attendance[2171] of the season and the worst for a Saturday match. There were only 2 other lower attendances , both night matches Port Vale JPT [1644] & Shrewsbury Town [1634].

The opening game last season Vs Barnet was [3633] ; I think it will just break the 3000 mark - say 3060 tomorrow.

I'm going to be brave and pick a familiar figure, 4030.

We get quite a few occassional supporters none of whom have been to see us for a few months. The 1st game of the season is probably the only game they all turn up at the same time.

If the weather forecast is right, it'll be more like 3030.

I would have to say this may be our biggest attendence of the whole season....So i think we will get 3250.

Without a doubt , I think the Bradford game will top last years 4761 despite the 'unusual' kick off time. If they have anything like the season they are anticipating it could be a 'Big One'.
