Morecambe Cricket Club

SV evening at MCC, as there is a 20 20 match v Carnforth start at 6 next Friday . Lets get down there and make some noise and sink a beer or 2 and support our local teams :D

Durham have made the same mistake. If you'd like to pay £12 to visit an empty ground and watch the likes of Phil Mustard and Steve Harmison looking like they'd rather be watching football then I suggest you head to the Riverside.

The world cup will be on in the club house ,so you can keep one eye on the footy the other on the cricket and your laughing tackel round a cheep cold scoop :D

The way Carnforth are playing this season they'd be lucky to beat Lancaster Road School, but 20 / 20 is a lottery (very entertaining though) so you never know.

The fixture has been reversed its now at Carnforth, but we could still meet for a tipple pre world cup in the club non members are welcome to. There are going to be other 20 20 evenings which are rather sociable, which i will post on here.

Unfortuently ill be sunning it up in Evesham again, then the following weekend in Dundee!!

I think Pencridge is calling us again, what was the place called that did a donner kebab and chips for £2.50, somewhere in Birmingham.

Worth going there just for that experience once more :lol:
