I;m sure i heard on the radio that, besides not having a cycleway or streetlights other than at junctions, the build would be done in 2 1/2 years instead of 3 1/2, saving £16million altogether,
does this mean it would have taken a year to build a thin ribbon of tarmac and put up a few lights?
How does that work, then?,
or were we expected to pay for extended tea breaks and early weekend finishes!!!

What I believe was stated was that work may start in October 2012 with a finishing date in summer 2015.

You should have come off at Jcn 33 Keith and gone through town , anyway sod the bye-pass and give us the £123m and we could buy Tevez for a season before he gets pissed off and moves somewhere else for a large cut of the transfer fee.

Last time I came off at 33 it took just as long to get down through town, it was backed up to the Greaves Hotel. I'm sure the Greens were pleased that I sat there for an hour, burning diesel while going no-where!
