someone has to take a grip on the game before Gary Jones gets the opportunity and then dictates the game as he and Perks did at Spotland back in April.
We need to come out of the blocks and batter them for the first 20
Put Neil Wainwright in a free role behind the front two
Cant do much with the spine but we need big gutsy performances on Saturday
Injuries are causing one or two selection problems but i'd like to see the following:
Roche
Parrish Bentley Drummond Adams
McCann Stanley Curtis
Wainwright
Howe Taylor

Do you think Drummie would feel comfortable at the back, rather than McStay who is far more used to the role, when he has already broken forward from midfield and chipped in with a few goals this season?
For me:
Roche
Parrish Bentley McStay Adams
Wainwright Drummond Stanley Curtis
Taylor Howe
Subs: Davies Artell Hunter Blinkhorn O'Carroll

When did Sammy say this? and if so what will he or what can he do if we dont win other than to come out with the standard manager speak of "not acceptable" or we will be working even harder in training to put it right!

I don't understand it - I'm not sure what the little fella has to do to justify his place and right now you need his industrious style of play , breaking things up etc. I didn't go to Gillingham but by all accounts he was no worse than anybody else and was marked a 5. But of the 7 matches I have seen this season he has been one of the more consistently better players , certainly on effort.

I don't know if he has said it or not , but on the back of 5 - 0 thrashing he maybe will do. It is a big game I believe and we need to get something out of it. Rochdale are desperate to get out of this league and will be at our throats from the off - another heavy defeat will be a major blow.
