AM and GB at Burscough

Andy Mutch has appointed Ged Brannon as his Assistant Manager at Burscough.

Always had a lot of time for GB and thought he could have been useful in a coaching role at CP.

I think ged was offered a behind the scenes job but declined.I agree c.c. he would have been a great asset.

Didn't/wasn't he running a pub somewhere near Liverpool?

In the current economic climate, with the hospitality trade suffering, a little extra cash probably wouldn't go amiss.

He had a pub in Southport but sold up a while ago. Turned down the offer of working with us because of a very good offer on the rigs. I think that's right.
