Hey hey!! Those grapes are certainly sour?

Our goal consisted of five crisp passes through the Grecians backline, the best move of the first half by either side, no mention.
Nicholls went down as easily as Mullers did at Carlisle, it wasn't a pen at Brunton Park, it wasn't a pen at St James's either. Both could have a had a card for simulation.
Within a minute Nicholls again touched it woefully past our backline and it was easily picked up by Stav, but realizing his touch was poor Nicholls and Kenyon again had a coming together, mainly as Nicholls threw himself at Kenyon as he wasn't going to get the ball, even with nitrous oxide coming out of his arse! Kenyon himself was injured, as was Nicholls. Seen them given as free kicks, seen them given play on!! Get over it!

Second half they had the wind, but on two occasions we broke and were like a knife through butter, Devitt had a cross shot inches wide again after a great move.

Exeter piled on the pressure and we escaped an equalizer after they hit the bar, it hit Stav and their lad popped it in. Flag was very late mind, Our position was poor to see if he was or not, perhaps we got some luck???

They did eventually deservedly equalize, no complaints about that, bit Stav didn't have a save to make the entire game otherwise.

What makes me laugh is the Old Etonian ethic that seems to pervade the whole article. Those ruffians from Morecambe, taking their time. These people either didn't travel to the Globe or have short and very selective memories. Exeter were one nil and were expert in changing the thrower, corner or free kick taker when leading. There was no rush at all with every restart, alongside every other team in the world lets be fair, but one eyed hypocrisy is rife.

A draw was a fair result, but read what Mr Tisdale thought of the game, not this hysterical claptrap!!

Onwards.

It is particularly strange to carry on the sour grapes, when the year after we beat them at Wembley, they got promoted to L2 and then went straight up to L1 - all with the same Manager they still generally moan about :?
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think
