According to twitter , Jim is seeing players tomorrow to discuss their futures.

Not known when any list will be released though.

Forest Green Rovers have released Stuart Fleetwood who was often mooted on here as a potential signing.

Past it now I would have thought.

Looks like Carlisle have been hard at it as well. Billy Paynter, David Amoo & Gary Dicker could be options to look at in pre season.

Wasn't Amoo one of their players caught in a nightclub in Carlisle in the wee small hours the day before/of a crucial home game of Carlisle's over the Xmas period?

Liverpool in the 70s when they were top dogs in Europe use to drink(beers) on their trips away, they seen it as a break from the league, and there team talk was here is a ball just go out and enjoy yourselfs.

like to keep an open mind.

That's the one, cheers. Which they subsequently lost.

A couple of days after beating us on Boxing Day.

I don't see a problem as long as they have learned from their mistake. If it was something very serious I could understand but sometimes you have to leave the past & give them or him another chance . A booze up is hardly a serious crime but needs dealing with which the club disciplined them all & they admitted it was wrong. Surely he deserves another chance.

Have to be honest and say that he didn't impress me enough to suggest that he could be better than what we've already got. But Jimbo obviously thinks he could do something for us hence the reported interest.

However maybe a step down and regular League football is what the guy needs at this stage in his career.

The fact we are in for him makes me worried about who is going.

I'd like to keep Redshaw, Amond, Mullin & Ellison as our striking options. Sampson is probably nailed on to be leaving and Barkhuizen doesn't seem like a like for like replacement, he would more likely fill the role that Redshaw currently plays ................

Jack is still under contract ( I think) and that would mean that if he was to leave then it would involve a transfer fee. Just let's hope that he stays or if he goes it's for at least the £250,000 that was offered for him last time.

A wideman with pace. Be a good signing IMHO.

His last minute run and pass to Jack Redshaw saved a point for us against York.

Wouldn't surprise me if Redshaw and/or Mullin are being sold this Summer. Who knows with Amond - he may be happy to stay or he may go elsewhere if he got the promise of more starts and full matches. I'd quite like all four to stay (Ellison is part of the furniture now), but can't really see it.

Tom looked OK for the relatively small amount of time he played for us. Nothing special, but then again, difficult to come straight in and gel on the pitch. I didn't think Wildig looked too bright at first, but he's really grown into us game by game, so maybe Jim thinks Tom would do the same.

I also agree with some of the posts that I don't rate him. Think we should keep our options open to see what comes available in the coming weeks.

It is strange how the Leeds Chairman is only looking at Bentley, just maybe he has his sights on little Jack or someone else. I would rather us get a good fee for him now rather than going for nothing next season.

The thing is with Tom, he's only 21 and has some Championship experience. A few Blackpool fans think he's got a lot of potential if he's in the right environment. Sadly, Blackpool isn't the right environment for anyone at the moment, but perhaps some confidence building and a positive environment will see him improve greatly. He didn't set the world alight when he was with us for a short period, but he was (I think) coming back from injury too. Could be a good signing if Jim's seen enough potential in training etc.

Podge is off.

Shocked by that one as I thought he may have been given a new contract but Jim & Ken thought otherwise. Sampson must be next surely.
