PNE today 0/T

PNE today 0/T

Postby George Dawes » Sun May 24, 2015 12:53 pm

I know some Chavs(I wont say fans) gate crashed a certain game at the Globe and invaded the pitch and a lot of Morecambe fans have been off them since.

but the Majority of PNE fans at the time condoned them, and chanted behind the goal at them, "you're showing us up"

I would like them to do it, and will be rooting for them.

Bloody typical if true. That for me is a good enough reason to NOT see them promoted. Anything that has the potential to harm our already dwindling gates has to be viewed as being bad for our club...

Ahhh..bless 'em...

Too many freebies given out at ALL clubs whilst those who pay the asking rate, game in, game out, every season get very little in terms of creature comforts or the odd concession.....

Well done PNE, fully deserved. Grayson has transformed them since he took charge. Beckford & Garner could take them to the next level. All the pain of the lashers getting one over them, not anymore.

 really? Swindon had 65% of the ball and had just as many shots on goal as Preston.

Difference being Preston well Beckford was more clinical.

The actual stat is that there are more PNE season ticket holders with an LA1 postcode (Lancaster, Aldcliffe & Brailrigg) than there are Morecambe season ticket holders in total.

Personally I didn't want Preston to go up because it's another local team that we are competing with for fans that are playing at a higher level, and also removes the opportunity for us to draw them in the JPT.
Hello! Hello! We are the Morecambe boys!
