O/T Hereford FC revival

O/T Hereford FC revival

Postby Christies Child » Sat Jul 11, 2015 11:15 am

I'm really happy that Hereford FC has back in business. :D :D :D

Always sad when a club is forced out of business due to bad management at the very top.

For today's first game v FC United under a new regime they have sold out and are expecting a crowd of over 5000 to welcome the towns team back.

Whatever issues I may have regarding recent business at The Globe I'm bloody glad that we've got a Chairman and Board who have long term interests in the club.

One day you complain about them, next day praise - it must be very confusing in your household!

Does it depend on which side you fall out of bed?

Pleased for Hereford, they have some good people. They begin life in the Midland League

I've corrected your quote! 8-)

Good luck to them. Glad to see they are still at the original ground so some real connection to the old club.

So how did that work out then?

One can be supportive of the Board but not necessarily have to agree with everything they do.

Wow!! In front of a crowd of 4257 (328 from FCUM) Hereford won 1.0

They are 5 Leagues below and have already sold 1,000 season tickets

Great story! Hopefully we'll be able to re-visit Edgar Street one day, as well as the Deva Stadium if Chester can carry on rising.
