Wycombe Predictions.

Postby Sakhalin Shrimp » Sun Aug 16, 2015 9:00 pm

Right you lot, as I said in the "Ok Folks" thread, I'll take up the mantle of the 2015-16 season prediction league, hopefully having a little more stamina than RRW! ;)

So, lets have your predictions for Tuesday night's game against Wycombe, last prediction accepted 1/2 hr before kick-off.

I'll start it off with a 2-1 Shrimps win.

Mrs Sak, buoyed up by Saturday's win, hopes for a 3-2 Shrimps win.

Depends on the ref. If he remembers his cards and how to use them, we'll end up playing against Thommo and a couple of midfielders, and win 10-0. That will, of course, not happen. The ref will leave his cards and his spine in the dressing room and be totally intimidated by the Wycombe players and bench, but we'll still stick it out for a draw.

A few early "strong" tackles on Thommo , then we pass the ball through them for a 3-0 win.

Then I wake up on Fantasy Island !

Wycombe haven't conceded yet.
We've scored once.

Can't see it being a goal fest!

1-1 to us. Or them. :D

As Keith said they haven't conceded yet and we've only scored once and maybe Thommo will have one of his lazy days  So 1-1 . Would be nice to see a couple of strikers up front and give em something to think about.

1-3 (Thommo hat-trick).

Could be a long trip down to Pompey and back on Saturday. Fortunately I'm already there. :)

I think we will win tonight another close one but I'm going for 2-1 to us. Anyone who likes a bet just checked our game on William hill We're 21/10 to win. Wildig first goal is an incredible 16/1 and to score anytime is 9/2  il be having some of that !
