Flag day/ Race night

Flag day/ Race night

Postby halftimeresults » Sun Sep 06, 2015 2:35 am

Over the last week there has been many debates on social media about the lack of atmosphere at the globe!...Well Jimbo has given us a team to shout about and it's time to recreate the noise!
So my idea is to make the Northampton game flag day!
I did this a few years ago and it looked great!
I hoping to sell the flags and all profits will go to the race night fund! We could do face painting for 50p
what are people's opinions on this?

Basically we'll be outside selling the flags! All profits will be going to the pot for the race night fund!

What do these flags look like? Are they similar to the ones Chelsea hand out at Champions League games?

just to bump this up :D
let's get the place rocking on Saturday, plenty of noise and colour! if you have a flag from Wembley then bring it! if that's not your thing than just wear red 8-)
we will be outside the ground selling flags with all profits going to the pitch perfect fund! any donations of a couple of quid would be fantastic!

I really hope it is a good turn out today and an excellent, entertaining performance too. The fans will be doing their bit with the flags, it looks like the weather is going to play ball too. The lads are giving us entertaining football (second most goals per game in League Two are at Morecambe matches) and playing the right way too. In a great position in the league.

Basically, everything we said we wanted last season is here today. Come on, let's hope the town gets behind the club.
