my Dad use to say this..
then all the decent players would just go abroad and play,(bit like the NHS.) and we'd end up like the Belgium leagues or Danish or similar standard.

In October 2014 the players announced a four year partnership with the world’s leading children’s organisation, UNICEF, with an ambition to help tackle malaria.

What happened to those great posters that were produced at one time with Jim in his Kitchener pose of "Your Club Needs You". Those should have been put in shops , chips shops , The Arndale , pubs etc.
And with a game on Saturday with Leyton Orient how about a special offer for people of say £20 for both matches etc.
