Jesus Christ just seen the club statement on the situation hes been in. Sounds like he's finally on the mend and making a full recovery tho ! Get well soon captain !

For those who aren't medical practitioners here is the medial ligament, which connects the thigh to the shin

From what I have read, deep vein thrombosis has occurred and the blood clot has travelled up his leg, the artery has got blocked and this has caused the pulmonary embolism which prevents blood getting from the heart to the lungs and is potentially life threatening :o

Really pleased that he is now on the mend, sounds like he's gone through hell and back.

P.s. I am not a Doctor so don't take any of the above as being what actually happened!

You did say "double aortic aneurysm (I think) brought on by his injury" , which is to do with the abdomen, doesn't mention that on the OWS but could obviously be connected - literally

I did put (I think) as a disclaimer marky due to my inability to listen properly , or so my mrs says :lol: :lol:
