Is it time for ken to take over sole charge of the team. He shows more passion than jim and in my opinion couldnt do a worse job.

Peter would never allow it , even if ken wanted to stab jim in the back family clubs are built on loyalty, I mean, look at Sammys appointment for example, a more honourable transition is hard to imagine.
Surprise sex is the best thing to wake up to, unless you're in prison.
