I'm also hearing Aaron Taylor has been released from Kendal just 1 week after joining them?

Totally agree Keith no good these long balls getting played to him all the time ! I also think that disadvantage of of us being so good on the counter is we don't get enough men back if we lose the ball. It's cost us a few times this season with the midfield n wingers struggling to get back to help cover !

Why not keep Sampson then?

Strange signing a striker but I doubt a young lad from a poor Championship side will be costing much I doubt he is even on £300 a week in that debt ridden club who can't make transfers in.

Absolutely not. A good decision by Jim in getting rid.

He's hardly setting the world on fire at Macclesfield and hasn't scored yet this season

Why? We've got Dugdale and Doyle on the bench, Kenyon or Moly or Goodall can play full back, McGowan won't be far from recovery. What's the point in having Dugdale and Doyle if Jim won't play them? Seems crazy to be trying to get a couple of loanees when he has options on the bench.

Jim HAS to change the back 4 tonight and drop Beeley as a starting point. Thier winger had a filed day cos Beeley can't mark a man to save his life.
PLEASE CHANGE IT ( and drop the favourites),

One can only assume that Jim doesn't feel that these players can play the way he wants them to do at this time. It doesn't mean he thinks they are no good. Sounds as if the whole team are on a downer and he's tried to bring in a couple of new faces to change things. Looks as if they'll just have to work their way out of it themselves. It's called 'character'.

Or Jordan Burrow? We've a Padraig Amond thread, because he's scored 14 goals this season, with a team who are near the top of the league, but Burrow has scored 13 goals with a team who were bottom until a week ago and is four years younger.

Simple reason, is we aren't playing that style. Or more to the point, we do keep on playing that style with the wrong players, in my opinion. Get the ball back on the deck and run with it like we were a couple of months ago, or change the system to a 'hoof' it style of play.

So how did that work out then?

Play in into the channels to utilise the pace;we have the players who can get onto such a ball OR
Hoof it up the pitch; we do not have players who can get onto such a ball.
Not difficult is it?
