Us fans have been suffering this month from what is basically a load of shite. I know your heart bleeds as much, if not more than ours do.
Once again we have had a fantastic start, then it all goes to shit. We still have the same players that were awesome 2 months ago.
Can't whisk up an answer for the home form, but you have the stats, you know who is performing properly and those that don't seem to care.
I really want you to succeed at this as most of us love you and will support you, but now is the time to win!
Get their arse into gear for 90 minutes on Tuesday, have a weekend break and get in the Codheads faces on Tuesday, you know you want to and nobody will be happier than me.
Do it !!!! FFS

A plea from the soul Marky! Absolutely spot on.

Think jim is trying to put things right, problem is too many player are playing shit at the moment and jim's to loyal and to trusting of the player to get it right on the pitch, should give doyle and dugdale a shot, can't do any worse, wilson not up for it. p.s good post.

We are stuck with Jim despite thick and thin.

Clearly he inflates the egos with hot air and tub thumping rhetoric pre season which collapses once the opposition apply pressure as the season gets underway. We do need a change of manager but I will go down with our fearless leader because he's such a nice guy. I mean we are a sweet family club and look after our own. In James we trust.

Onward and downward, keep smiling folks it's the honourable thing to do.

I am sure that Jim is not that stupid, that if results carried on that he would jeopardise the club. He grafted & worshipped in his playing days. If things got out of hand I wouldn't be surprised he left on his own accord. Hope results pick up, that it doesn't come to that.

No chance. Jim's not a quitter. He will turn this around.

As said, Jim's no quitter, he'll fight to his last breath to get things right.

But, Jim is also very stubborn. It goes with not being a quitter.

He must know that things aren't working the way he wants them to, surely NOW he'll change things around? But probably not, because he'll still think he can get things working how he wants them to? I hope he either changes or gets his magic formula right pretty damn quick!

And, fortunately in my opinion, we're not a sacking club, preferring stability and time. Three managers in twenty-one years? I think that is something to be proud of.

A few people have commented that Jim's 'lost the dressing room'. I very much doubt that to be the case. Repeatedly we've heard players interviewed, saying the reason they came here was Jim & the club. They wouldn't do that if he didn't command the respect of the players. Many of the players came on loan first, so they had plenty of time to see beneath the surface if it was all just superficial.

Plus Jim's done enough in the past to deserve a little more time.

I don't think we'll go down, although it may get to be quite close if Jim doesn't sort it out soon. That was the goal at the start of the season, so we'll probably achieve what we set out to do.

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

Just my opinion but at the end of the day we are all human. With results going against him and fans turning on him he may just think enough is enough. Hope he doesn't but pressure being a manager to a leader on the pitch can be a different ball game when things are going against you on a weekly basis. Hopefully the players can turn it around quickly before the rot sets in.

On a different note. Chesterfield sacked Dean Saunders today.
