Let's pack the midfield and go for a point

Not much pace in the side

I read the line up as a return to an attacking 4/2/3/1.
Bit short of pace admittedly but should still be enough for 3 points.

Very worrying when we are being outplayed by a team who haven't won a game for 2 months .

It doesn't sound like we're being outplayed. Sounds like two very poor sides. Swidz still thinks we'll win this game. Downsy thinks "Jim needs to get a grip of our midfield".

York have better possession , 5 shots to 1 on goal , 4 to nil on target that says it all :(

We are playing a team which has less confidence than us....simply not good enough! 45 minutes to turn it around!

It's so bloody frustrating because we saw at the start of the season, what an excellent footballing side we can be. We've a great squad, probably the best Morecambe squad I've ever known. Yet we've gone from a side that looked capable of automatic promotion, with play-offs a certainty, to a side that are losing out in a relegation battle.

And be under no misunderstanding, at this point in time, we're in a relegation battle. 45 minutes to turn this around.

York are nine defeats on the trot. Ten games ago, they managed a draw against the [currently] bottom side, Dagenham & Redbridge. Then they play us and instead of us going at them from the first minute, we play Santa Clause...

Look at Chelsea this afternoon. Whilst I do not approve of "player-power" to remove a manager, maybe Jim is now in a similar situation to Mourinho. Changes afoot?????

Did we not do the same charitable thing for Hartlipool last season and saved them from relegation :(

We need to change the line up if we are going to get any result this afternoon. If we become the first team in 10 games to lose to York it will have serious implications for our season. What many describe as the best squad Morecambe have ever had is in a relegation fight.
