It's not his fault john, he's just pointing out all you do is moan, which is true. Post positives as well and who knows.

Not trying to mask anything, I find it extremely frustrating too. The 'goals against' column is indeed a worry. But you were ignoring the 'goals for' column yet again. If it had stayed at 0-2 for the whole game, I wonder if you'd have posted?

It's a point away at a team with a bigger budget than us! If we could have just got to half time without conceding we might just have got all 3 points. Overall sounds like a big improvement on York! Lets hope we start the New Year more positively.

It's not just down to budgets.... Take Leicester and Burton for example
Can't imagine there budgets are anywhere near the best in there divisions but are doing very very well

Burton attract three times as many fans as us to their home games, of course their budget is bigger.

I'm happy with a point away at Notts County.

Was at the game, we were superb in the first half. We took them to pieces completely, and could have even notched in a few more! The goal on half time was the killer, our heads were already in the changing rooms and we switched off, and County came out raring for the second half and deserved their second goal. Either team could have snatched it towards the end of the game, it got very cagey and tight but overall it was a fair result.

Now then Little Shrimp, you can't come on here, posting reasoned comments about a game you actually went to, there's a witch-hunt to b e organised! Grab a burning pitch fork and line up with Mr Glass Half-Empty.

Getting sick and tired of the same old people moaning when they've not been to a game in years. Yes I understand that not every one can go, but why post such drivel when you have not got a clue?
Long gone are the day's of total football in the NPL when Morecambe were such a brilliant team, it took another 20 years to get in the league.
I don't have rose tinted glasses I say it as I see if were crap I say so. Today in the 1st half we were good, 2nd half sat off them too much again and let them control the game.

I feel I can say this as I saw it first hand NOT via a commentary from someone else.

....and long may the views of those who actually attend games continue.

Pleased with todays result, just hope that the lads can take some positives out of the game and build on this result,

If you read his post correctly , he was comparing Burton's budget to other teams in their division not ours , just like he compared Leicester's budget to other teams in the Prem . We should not use the pathetic argument that when we lose its down to our budget .

Says the man who has posted savage criticisms of the team and manager based on performances he hasn't seen on more than one occasion.

Leicester and Burton are doing very well. They are also the exception to the rule.

I missed County's first goal for a beer break and have not seen any highlights yet, but a few who did said that one of their players may have been in an offside position in the lead up and although he didn't touch the ball he interfered with play? That goal and its timing proved to be pivotal; we came out after the break a much different team looking to defend and play on the break.

Overall I was pleased with the performance yesterday, which was much improved than in previous weeks. We battled for every second ball for a change and pressed in the middle. I've given Fleming a bashing recently because we are told he is brilliant but has been average at best for too long; but he was great to watch yesterday and was involved in a lot of things we did well both going forward and defending for large periods.

4 points taken from Notts County this season is a good return.
