Jim Bentley should be the manager of this club for away games only. I would bring back Mark Lillis for games at the Globe.
This would work really well as Jim can set a team up to counter attack away but hasn't got a clue what to do when teams come to Morecambe.
Mark Lillis with all his experience would work the best ta tics for home games, and then we would soon
be climbing up the table.

Maybe the Bentley out brigade only go to home games where the football hasn't been so great , since Jim set us up not to concede as many after a flying start we conceded 20 goals in six games and only won 2 out of 8 , both being 1-0. Just wanted put you in the picture in case you only go to away games and you may not have understood why home fans were getting a bit upset. ;)

In all walks of life, people only moan when there is something they have to moan about, I am overjoyed we did well at wycombe , but I dont think it will solve the more pressing issue of bums on seats.

It will be 42 days between our last 2 home games (only 1000 at the last one), don't think the general public will have any idea that there is a game on a week on Tuesday. People will have found other things to do and most of our memories will have lost a few cells over the Christmas period.
It will also be 84 days between home Saturday games, which must be longer than closed season :(

Indeed. I hope the club have plans for some pretty heavy marketing to get people back in the habit of attending the globe, especially families for the Saturday matches. Any chance of them reaching out a little wider than the usual Bay Radio or Visitor adverts as lots of people aren't regular listeners or readers of those so won't know and will need a gentle reminder (kick up the bum) to get back into the habit.
