Excellent deals but what about those who bought tickets for the Boxing day game, would they be able to negotiate with the club to make use of at least part of the offer?

The people on Boxing Day had their food, so they've already had part of it

But others bought C premier tickets at £26 who now find that a similar priced ticket entitles them to other extras.

Right I see what you are saying, you don't get a C Prem seat with hospitality, but I can imagine some would want to trade it in - however... you could say that a season ticket holder has already paid for a seat without food as well.
I think the hospitality deals are excellent value if you are not a season ticket holder

Ask the club.

We've upgraded to hospitality on several occasions with a discount to reflect we already had a ticket for the match through our terrace seating ticket.

There is also happy hour between 6 and 7 tomorrow. Better to have it before the game
