As has been said many times before we couldn't afford to sack him , and he probably knows it !

The guy hasn't a clue. Beeley and Ellison really shouldn't be on the pitch. Woeful yet again. Must only be here because they're Jim's friends rather than ability.

As for planning, he's loaned out Bailey, Bondswell and Kelleher, so had no-one left for substitutes today as Jim clearly doesn't rate Moly - if he's not going to be played, why the hell was he signed? The team is packed of defenders, 4 on the pitch plus goodall, and 3 on the bench. Yet we're still leaking soft goals.

The board giving him a two year contract is not that easy to just sack him. Unless he resigns we are stuck with what we currently have.

He was in the bar 10mins before kick off fannying about, so doesn't look like he gives the team much instruction/motivating at the vital time.....

My first game in a while as been playing Saturday football again but since I was injured thought would come and see what everyone on here has been moaning about. Wish I'd listened to most on here and not bothered, bloody awful!

My main concern is that the players have long since stopped playing for Jim. To be fair too Jim has made some extremely dubious decisions regarding team selections and formations. I've just listened to him being interviewed live only radio Lancashire and what I found gobsmacking was Jim thought he picked the right starting formation against Mansfield. I'm sorry but any idiot after watching the first 20 minutes of a generally turgid first half a bit of skill and guile was required. Not playing a defensive line up with no pace!

Jim has stuck with the same shitty tactics since he got the job. He has messed about with three at the back at times but it makes no difference to the way the team plays. He gambles on Kev producing that one bit of magic to get him out of trouble which is why he is always starting and never subbed.

Jims management of players is concerning too. We all thought he would be a great motivator who would bring the best out of players and drag them through games. This is not the case, far from it. Who can remember the cracker about Alessandra not being able to play on a Saturday? We are hearing the same rubbish about Miller, Barky and Devitt now.

The privileged few will tell us we have never had it so good but that is far from the truth. Jim has to go or this slump will be the beginning of the end.

his sidekick was in the bar after the match saying "whoever thinks we didn't deserve to lose was watching another f##king game"! He went off scowling at anyone he couldlook at! Then shortly packed his bags and left after a coffee. Never caught any sight of our leader

So Ken DID think we deserved to lose?

So how did that work out then?
