He and Sinclair will make a formidable management team one day.... having wetted their appetites by partially learning their trade at Lancaster City.

Because he is cost effective, and over achieves his acceptable target, league survival.
Imagine a meeting
PMG. ''What are your plans to improve things next season Jim?''
Jim. '' Errr dunno Boss. theres a couple of good lads being realeased by........
PMG. ''I'm a busy man JIm, well done again, we'll speak next year, and by the way, I'm selling your 3 best players''

RedRedWine wrote:Question yes or no: were you at the game today? Because if you were you would've noted a much improved performance, one that on the balance of play didn't match the result. We were terrible on Tuesday, and despite Jimbo getting the first half tactics completely wrong IMO in that game, should still have won. IF we'd have won today and last Tuesday, we'd be a point outside the playoffs. With this in mind I think a few people really need to evaluate what they're saying... Because quite frankly what I've read on this thread is complete bollocks. If we were hovering above the drop zone I'd understand.
demonstrations? sack the board?mrpotatohead wrote:Totally, the club started losing the town after the first season at the Globe, and have done nothing to address it, we can all make suggestions until we are blue in the face, but Morecambe FC in it's present state, are not going to listen.

Well said.
The only place where change is needed is in ownership. Jim hasn't lost the dressing room but the club has lost the town.
