Surely must be time for Chris Doyle cant do any worse

We have conceded 57 in 31 (What does he do to get a chance)

Blackpool shrimp is obviously entitled to his opinion, but when people are sick to death of reading his dour, negative and at times aggressive posts, perhaps it's time to occasionally put a sock in it.

As for today, crap for the first 25 and then improved after Molyneux's goal and the tactical change.

Those around me seemed to think Miller's red card was unfair - perhaps it was no worse then that on Ellison at the end of the first class, but it was reckless, and needless on the halfway line. Regardless of the correctness of the decision, our striker being sent off should not lead to us conceding three goals in quick succession - that's just bad organisation and defending.

Maybe worth a try but Jim may argue that he is no different to who he has in his starting 11 now. Doyle played in mid week against Wrexham who beat us 5-2. No easy solution I am afraid. :(

From the start they took us to pieces and thoroughly deserved their goal, and probably could have nabbed one or two more. Molyneux's goal was completely against the run of play but it changed the game round (perhaps with the change of personnel/formation too) and we came out in the second half and did ourselves proud. Oxford were getting frustrated and they were firing off loose passes everywhere combined with poor touches and general sloppiness while we were playing decent football and it really looked like we were in for a very good shout for three points.

Then Miller went for a stupid challenge that he was clearly never going to make, sent off and the rest is self explanatory. Utterly moronic action that cost us the game.

Never ever a red card. We had a chance to counter if Miller won the ball and he had wvery right to put his foot in. Play acting and conning the Ref did for him. Hard to say being down to ten men was to blame for losing the game. Three very soft goals and Miller would not have had any influence on any of them. No need for Bentley excuse bingo tonight, they are all there for him.

We played ok today but we were never going to get a winner. Is the phrase "protect a point"?

Never a red card from our view in the Omega stand either. We were in the ascendancy in this stage of the game. Miller's challenge was a 50/50, with us on a quick break-away 2 on 1 on that side. Their no.3 went in just as hard and feigned to come off worse, playing dead, and the ref bought it, flashing a red card instantly at Miller. A poor rash decision by the ref that changed game. Their no3 then got up and carried on with no problem. At that stage we looked worthy of at least a point. Pity our defence switched off and then became deflated. 2-4 to the referee!! Accy showed how you must respond when down to 10 men.

From the Omega it looked like a silly challenge. Miller went to flying in to a challenge he was never going to win. It will be interesting to see the replay. Lets not get away from the real issue which is our shocking defending which will cost us matches regardless of how many men we have on the pitch. To put things in to perspective Accy won 4-1 with 9 men today, I hope Jim doesnt use the red card as an excuse.

Exactly 9 men with a team on same points as us. Wonder if their 9 men would have beat Oxford 4-1. Remember also Coleman has got them playing as a team something we have lost after the good start to the season.

Our defending was poor in places, beeley looked lost at times. Roofe for oxford was excellent and would give championship defenders problems. Parrish deserved credit for moving to left back and playing well. We lost 2 players to injury and collapsed for 10 mins after Miller got sent off. Hopefully we can get back to winning ways at Bristol, then beat Carlisle in front of a 2000 plus crowd.

So on top of the injuries, we're now without Miller for three games. Going to be the reserves out next week

Sent off in a 50/50 challenge with their number 3 who over reacted.

He was given the necessary grief by the Berlin Wall and he just turned to us and smiled in that "knowing" way. Shocking. Absolute cheat.

If that was a red card then we might as well just ban tackling. If Miller had pulled out or just allowed the defender to clear the ball, he would have got hammered. It was nothing but a 50 50 tackle but the big donkey screamed and rolled around which made the Ref show the red.

As impressive as it is, both teams were down to 10 men when Accrington had their second sent off

Indeed. And the 3 knew he'd conned the ref.

Complete game changer.

Well having seen it on FL show, I would say a red card is correct. Stupid tackle. Miller knew straight away his mistake.

Accy didn't have 9 men at all. You are reading things incorrect.

Accrington managed to have two players sent off, one in the 64th minute, the other in the 67th minute, but finished the game with ten players on the pitch. Not surprising it was confusing!

Crawley also had a player sent off in the 65th minute, so the game ended 10 v 10, so slightly more in perspective now?

Particularly loved the person who told him to "go back to where he came from". West Yorkshire? Guess the name confused their simple little brain.

Interesting that Jim and Ken think it was a 100% sending off

Having read the report I'm now aware one of the red cards was to a sub, this is not clear from just looking at the drop down box on BBC Football.
