Ticket selling - Help Please!

Postby Pathutch » Tue Jan 26, 2016 3:52 pm

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in the midst of trying to complete visiting each one of the 92 football league clubs, and was due to visit Morecambe for the Carlisle fixture, on the 27th Feb. However, I now can't make it, and have been told that my ticket is non refundable. So if anybody going to this game would be kind enough to take it off my hands, I would be very appreciative! It's just one adult ticket for the terrace behind the goal. I've also got a return train ticket from Sheffield, if anybody travels over from that way. Cheers everyone, and all the best for the rest of the season, it would be good to see you sneak into those playoffs!

Could they not just swap it for another game seeing as though you still need "to tick us off" your list?

Send the ticket back and ask them to put it up for collection, you never know somebody might just collect it to watch the match!! Better still try the Carlisle board. I am expecting their fans to be given the Berlin wall side the way things are going

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your replies. The ticket office said that they could swap it for another game, but given that I live in London and already have loads arranged, I'm not likely to make it up to Morecambe for the rest of the season. My fault, I know!

And Brian C, thanks ever so much for the offer, but I couldn't possibly take you up on that! That really wouldn't be fair on you, then. And you must be the nicest guy ever!
