Five minutes added time. Come on, let's go for a winner.

So how did that work out then?

A point is a point and most welcome....BUT his negative tactics of going for a nil nil draw are criminal. What's the betting he says we played well and we should have won..... :?: :?: :?:

As I posted this week it's not in the managements make up to be positive and play for a win by opting for an attacking game.

Most certainly not the way to attract the missing hundreds back.....

A point is a point and much needed but serious question, 2 points from 30 is that Morecambe's worst ever run? I've watched from back in the unibond days and cannot for the life of me think of a worse return from ten league games.

Jeff Stelling made several references to it being THE worst run in Morecambe F C history on Sky today.

I'd of guessed so, I seriously can't remember a worse return from 10 games. Feels a relief to get a point and stop the rot a little.

Summary from my lad:

"Well deserved point. Doyle MOTM. Special mention to the steel Kenyon. Finally a bit of resolve. Mullin changed the game off the bench."

Sounds promising!

Lets try to be positive.

Well done to the lads for not giving up after going 1-0 down. A point on the road is always welcome - and it breaks the sequence of losses.

Let's try and play some attacking football at home to Wimbledon and try to get the 3 points next game :D

It sounds like when we went two up front, we dominated. So PLEASE Jim, start that way. If we worried more about winning and less about losing, I'm sure we'd win more with this squad. :D

Jeff Stelling talks a lot of hot air and only kept mentioning us today like he did because he wants his beloved hartlepool to finish above us

He just wants Hartlepool to avoid relegation;nowt wrong with that. He doesn't have it in for any team I don't think . His delivery of facts and results is mesmerising and highly entertaining in my opinion. The fact he supports a league 2 team is also refreshing.
