Nah, I asked how we would react to it and it is relative to us imo.

Looks a dodgy character to me

Don't see why Kendal S thinks that it is only Asians that are wealthy. Plenty of rich people in Europe or the States....or even in this country

Whatever the nationality we must hope they have the interests of the club at heart and not just trying to make a quick buck. Also, let us not forget that we need an owner who knows what he is doing in hiring and firing. Ideally at our level I'd rather have someone who knows bit about our leagues rather than someone who is just going to flash money around.

I seriously doubt anybody investing in a club at our level does it to make a mountain of money....if any money at all.

If it's someone with more money than sense, it'll be more of a vanity project to improve their social status. Appoint an famous ex-premier league or international player as the manager for some major media coverage for themselves. Get themselves invited into the right social circuits. Bring in a few higher level players by splashing the cash. All about buying social importance rather than making money.

Not necessarily a bad thing, and far better than some local self-appointed businessman (with the usual flash car and house) who in reality doesn't have much money but knows how to borrow it and likes the idea of owning a footie club, scrapes just enough to buy it, and then robs Peter to pay Paul to keep it going on a shoestring. Now that would be a disaster.
