Just read about this in Sky Sports. The Sheepshaggers are just 5 points off the top if the Championship. Apparently promotion is not a priority for the club. The board expected the manager to buy-in to the 'Derby-way' and expand and develop the attacking style if football enjoyed by their fans and sponsor for the last two seasons. By these measures he has failed, apparently! Seems a bit harsh.
